SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY
The Ohio Fire Chiefs’ Association is pleased to offer a scholarship opportunity for members to attend the 2027 Officer Development Conference, held at the Hilton Columbus at Easton from July 12–14, 2027.
This premier event brings together more than 500 fire service professionals from across Ohio for high-quality leadership development, education, networking, and innovation.
Scholarship Includes
- Four (4) night stay at the Hilton Columbus at Easton
- Full conference registration
- Access to all educational sessions, exhibits, and networking events
Eligibility & Application Requirements
Applicants must submit an essay (500 words or fewer) that clearly outlines:
- How attendance will benefit you professionally
- How your participation will benefit your department
- Specific educational and financial impacts of receiving the scholarship
Submission Details
- Deadline: Friday, May 1, 2027 at 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Notification: By May 15, 2027
- Submission Method: Email entry to conference@ohiofirechiefs.org
Additional Information
- Scholarships are non-transferable
- Only complete submissions received by the deadline will be considered
