FIREFIGHTER/PARAMEDIC $20.26-$26.57/HOURLY The City of Riverside is looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lateral Transfer or Entry-Level Firefighter/Paramedic. The ideal candidate will hold Level 2 firefighter and paramedic certifications at the time of application and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in emergency response and patient care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must comply with all Ohio Department of Safety rules and educational requirements • Current State of Ohio Level II Firefighting Certification; Emergency Medical Technical-Paramedic Certificate; valid Ohio Driver's License; State of Ohio Fire Safety Inspector; Hazardous Materials Operation Certificate • National Incident Management System Certification IC-100, 200, 700 and 800 • Must maintain required continuing education as required to maintain certifications • Must obtain State of Ohio Fire Safety Inspector within 12 months of hire date
